My guess is that all moderators can, and just don't realize it right now (although not sure). I would make a quick pictoral guide... but due to the risk of abuse, I don't think I will.

I am not sure how this power is granted, as I know myself and Shambler both are able to ban users. If there's someone who needs to be banned- people can pm me a link to their profile, and it will be dealt with within 12hrs... but that's not much of a solution.

You have the right to get annoyed... it's amazing how dense some people can be. I get annoyed when people post the same topics over and over and over and over again... "Where do I get the pictures to send?" "How much is postage from _____ to ____?" "What does _________ mean?...
