Don't give up - I got Lovell to sign around late 2017/early 2018. I had to send out letters to three addresses, I just kept getting RTS's.

This is so disappointing to hear, I sent out to him a couple months ago, he's been one of the people I first wanted when I started collecting

I sent a different picture yes, they sent me that presigned (not PP) one.

sent LOR, photo, and stamp to Apollo 13 commander James Lovell at his (former) restaurant...a little Google-fu reveals the establishment closed a couple years ago. Shame! Will resend to a different IL address I dug up.
