Sent an e-mail http://www.cynthiajohnson.net/ in September, 2010 to former Lipps, Inc. lead singer Cynthia Johnson, and just today received two signed photographs. Lipps, Inc. was known for their "one-hit wonderness" with the 1980 song "Funkytown." One was an 8x10 that was black-and-white, and the other was an 8x10 color photograph of a collage featuring Lipps, Inc. album covers. Both were signed, not personalized. The return address was:
