The answer is no. They are paid NOT to do bother the talent, that's the whole point.

I'm just curious, but I was just wondering if places such as the Spanky Taylor Corp, who handles fan mail for people such as Johnny Depp, if they ever forward items that fans send to the actors? Or, are they unfortunately just thrown in to the trash?
