Jimmy Carter is probablly the best if you send one of his books, George HW Bush is on and off and you may get lucky with an authentic. I have seen there is a huge amount of debate on this subject, but which Presidents will sign authentically? I know that some will sign if you send their autobiography.

Some of them refuse to sign all together authentically...But you shouldn't have a problem recieving an AP/PP from any of them. Good Luck
