I'd say go ahead and send it. :D I don't think Taylor sends out Pre-Prints. When she gets back from touring she will answer all the fanmail that's piled up since she left. {thumb2}

I am wondering that if now is the time to write to Taylor Swift.Because She is touring now.
I dont want to get a pp.....So, is now or later to write to her...
Does she send a pp ? or a personal-signed one?
