This one took a lot of research and digging. Mrs. White has been retired for years and has not had a fan mail address for some time. A mutual friend that acted with Mrs. White was able to put me in touch with one of her children on social media. The result was an awesome success. She also included a full-page letter saying that she has been having some health issues and would prefer her address not be shared 
I sent 1 lor, one photo and a sase to her private address of 2/2/19
Received 6 signed items including some vintage photos from her personal collection 2/15/19
