I have had a ton of luck with her. She actually even signed and personalized a birthday card for my oldest son. She has signed for me 3 times but I used the mail in items address on her site. Never charged me once but I assume because I wrote a long letter showing I really was a big fan. My son and I even met her at a con and she took photos with us for free. Sweetest celeb I have ever met!!
