Very true if he actually ever admitted to signing his name on this money he would be found guilty of violating "Title 18 U.S.C. § 333: Mutilation of national bank obligations" of the United States criminal code.

Most secretaries are so good at signing for these people and have signed that signature more times then the actual person ever has that it is near impossible to tell just by looking at a picture of the signature. You have to have the item right in front of you and have examples of the actual signature in front of you to tell.

This is definitely a secretarial signature though as there are minor but yet major differences purposely done so that it can't be authenticated like the John Travolta signatures.

i have my doubts too, just because of the fast turn arounds, but if psa/dna are to be believed they match! too close to call, i would still send to him.

the fact that the bill is signed is a reason to belief that might be authentic,...never seen an IP though
