Shift in Animation Approach at Walt Disney Animation Studios - April 29th, 2025
Dear Eric Goldberg,
I'm writing to express my opposition to the plans to return to hand-drawn animation at Walt Disney Animation Studios, as revealed in April 2022. After the studio shifted away from hand-drawn animation following Winnie the Pooh's release in 2011, I believe it's best to maintain the current approach with CGI animation.

Got an email rejection from director Makoto Shinkai's studio - December 11th, 2024
I got an email rejection from director Makoto Shinkai's studio. The email address I left on the front of the fan letter received a reply from Makoto Shinkai Director's Studio this morning. The email stated that they had received my letter and thanked me for supporting director Makoto Shinkai, but that the director was too busy working on his film to respond to the autograph request. The director is looking forward to a face-to-face conversation, not a cold autograph.
I guess I'll have to learn some Japanese for everyday use. |

Does Studio Fan Mail still work? - July 12th, 2022
Hello!
I have one question, Is Studio Fanmail still working? Their emails return RTS and their address: 148 Irvine Avenue, Suite 624, Newport Beach CA 9266 also.
I googled their address 3 months ago: 1122 S Robertson Blvd # 15, Los Angeles, CA 935 and wrote a letter to actress Anne Hathaway and still haven't heard back. |
