Fred Ottman - September 21st, 2012
This was my longest wait so far. I sent to Mr. Ottman (Typhoon/Tugboat/Shockmaster) in wrestling a index card on 2/2/2011 and received signed index card on 9/8/2012. A 582 day wait.
